Notes: | http://teamlunachix.com/ Meet at Visitor Center in Discovery Park (We cater to all ability levels from the experienced to the first time triathlete) Workout Description: This workout will help you prepare for tackling hills while on the bike and then transitioning to a run afterwards. We will have 3 options to choose from: * Beginners/ Intermediate: Bike once around Magnolia loop clockwise (~7mi) followed by a short run * Intermediate: Bike once around Magnolia loop counter-clockwise (~7mi) followed by a short run * Advanced: Bike twice around Magnolia loop (~ 14 mi) counter-clockwise followed by a short run What to bring: Bike, bike shoes, helmet, sunglasses, bike gloves, spare tubes repair kit (at a minimum, should include tire levers, patch kit, CO2 cartridges orr small pump, run shoes/gear, Water/Aid Someone will stay behind and watch your gear so transition stations can be set up. |
